Oversized Vehicles Rvs And Buses
If youll be arriving with an oversized vehicle, you wont be able to park at either Erato Street or Julia Street Terminals. Instead, theres a special lot for RVs and buses located on Poydras Street, which is next to the Julia Street Cruise Terminal.
Its highly recommended that you drop off all luggage andextra passengers at your appropriate terminal first . Then call Mustafa Yucesoy at 504-609-9559 to direct you to theoversized parking lot area.
The Julia Street Terminal should be within walking distancefrom the oversized lot, while shuttle service is provided for the Erato StreetTerminal.
The cost for oversized vehicles is $40 per day, andreservations must be made ahead of time with Mustafa Yucesoy.

Driving Directions To Erato And Julia Street Terminals
- From I-10 East or West, exit at U.S. 90 W .
- Exit U.S. 90 W at Tchoupitoulas . This will be the last exit before crossing the Mississippi River on the Crescent City Connection Bridge.
- Follow down ramp to ground level and turn right at the second stoplight onto Tchoupitoulas St.
- Turn left at the next stoplight onto Henderson St. and proceed for two blocks.
- Turn left onto Port of New Orleans Place after crossing the railroad tracks.
- The Erato Street Cruise Terminal is located just past the bridge pier. The Julia Street Cruise Terminal is located just beyond Erato.
- Do not try to access cruise terminals from the entrances to Port of New Orleans Place at Julia St. or Poydras St.

Parking For Julia Street Cruise Terminal
- Once you enter Port of New Orleans Place, proceed past the Erato Street Terminal to Julia Street.
- You will receive directions to the Julia Street Terminal drop-off area where SeaCaps will assist you with your luggage.
- You will receive directions to the parking lot located next to the cruise terminal.
- Parking rates: 4 day parking is $90 5 days parking is $110 7 days parking is $150.
- The parking lot is a within a block of the terminal, and shuttle service is provided if needed. Parking lot is secured, lighted and patrolled. Reservations are not available for regular-sized vehicles, but a parking space is guaranteed.
Hampton Inn & Suites Convention Center
Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans Convention Center is one of the closest hotels to the port and used to offer a park n cruise package with a shuttle to the port. Most of the above hotels removed their park and cruise packages during the cruise shutdown and just recently added them back. Hampton Inn & Suites has not added their package back to their website yet. But if you want to check back you can do so at Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans Convention Center.

Erato Street Cruise Terminal
1100 Port of New Orleans Place, New Orleans, LA 70130
The Erato Street Cruise Terminal is for cruises withCarnival Cruise Line and Disney Cruise Line. It has over one thousand coveredand secured spaces and offers luggage assistance. There is an elevator thatwill take you from the garage to the embarkation deck.
The garage is climate controlled and ADA-compliant and is located only five minutes from the French Quarter and I-10. If you arrive too early to check-in, this makes it super easy to stop into the city for lunch or a little bit of sightseeing before your ship leaves.
SeaCaps luggage assistance will take your checked luggagedirectly to the ship for you when you arrive.
Till the end of July 2019, parking prices are $22 per day but starting on August 1, 2019 until March 21, 2020, parking is $20 per day. Make sure you have your cruise boarding information ready, or you wont be able to enter the garage.
Oversized Vehicles Rv’s And Buses
Oversized vehicles may use the Poydras Street Parking lot which is adjacent to the Julia Street Cruise Terminal No. 2. Use the same directions as to Erato/Julia terminals. Go directly to the drop off areas for either the Erato or Julia terminal. After offloading all luggage and passengers, the driver should proceed past the Erato and Julia terminals and turn right into the Poydras Street Parking Lot. There will be a shuttle available to bring you back to Erato Street . Parking for oversized vehicles is at a per day rate. Please call ahead for space at 525-5476. The lot is secure, lighted and patrolled.

Wyndham New Orleans French Quarter
The Wyndham in the French Quarter hotel is in a great location if you want to do some dining or shopping in the French Quarter, and its very close to the cruise port as well. Their cruise parking package will let you park your car there for 7 days.

Fulton Place Parking Center

New Orleans has two primary offsite parking facilities for cruises. The largest and most popular is Fulton Place Parking Center.
Fulton Place is manned 24/7 and has 64 onsite security cameras. They offer a complimentary shuttle that runs every 5 to 10 minutes from 7am to 3pm. This is where I have parked for 9 of my 10 cruises out of New Orleans.

Once you are parked at Fulton, you take the elevator downstairs to meet the shuttle. They will have personnel at the shuttle stop to load luggage. After a 3 to 5 minute ride to the port, the driver will unload your bags and a porter will be right there to collect them.
After you return the Fulton shuttle will be to the right of where you exit the portclose to the stairs that lead to the Riverwalk Mall.
Here you can see the Fulton shuttles operating as viewed from the lido buffet are of the ship.
This is a look inside the shuttle bus. They do have a luggage area behind this in the back of the shuttle.
You can book your parking at Fulton on . Make sure you select cruise parking and Fulton Garage covered or rooftop parking.
Print out your receipt and give it to the attendant when you arrive.

Garden District Hotel Collection
These three hotels located in the Garden District are onlyabout 1.3 miles from the cruise port. Each one offers a unique hotel experience,allowing you to enjoy staying in historic buildings, with service that willmake you feel like a guest at someones house rather than a standard cookiecutter hotel room.
The hotels in this collection are The Queen Anne Hotel, Prytania Park Hotel, and Prytania Oaks Hotel. All three are located on Prytania Street, a very short drive from the New Orleans Cruise Port.
To book their cruise package you must stay a minimum of twonights, and you get free parking for up to 7 nights.

Hilton New Orleans Riverside
