Parking And Shuttle Near Celebity Cruise Port
We are driving from NE Fl to Ft. Lauderdale to take a Celebrity cruise. Please recommend a good place to park the car that has a shuttle service to the cruise ship. We will drive down earlier that day to board the ship.
thanks,
Park n Go or Park n Fly, but in this busy cruise season , you may want to visit their websites and see if you can reserve a spot so you know you have one. They do fill up.
Do not under any circumstance book Premiere Parking- they get horrid reviews.
Just be aware that this is a giant port with a security gate at the entrance . There will not be any parking lots just for Celebrity- you will likely have shuttle that will stop at various ships dropping off passengers. We cruises Celebrity in December and were docked at Berth 19. It is a very busy port.
Thanks for the recommendation it will make it easy to pick a good secure place
This is not true of all, but enough of them that caution should be used.
Edited: 6 years ago
Thanks to all for the advice.. As I stated we are driving that morning from NE Fl, so we plan to drop the car off at the closest parking lot. I think we will go to Park and Go due to the good reviews. I will reserve a spot in advance with online payment. The cost is more than what you pay in Jacksonville area, but that is the deal.
We plan to arrive around 12- 1 pm with sail off at 4:30. Info on cc stated the Monday is not a busy day for ships to leave the port, so we should be ok.
thanks,
