The arrival was good, but on the return my family and I had to wait over an hour to receive a pickup. The girl on the phone told us that the driver was heading over from terminal b and we were at terminal e. After 5 phone calls and staying on the phone until the driver showed up, we had to make an additional stop and to find out the people that called waited for 5 minutes.

Cruise Parking At The Miami Airport
Parking at the Miami Airport costs $17 per day, so it doesnt make sense economically to choose this over the other options near the Port of Miami that are cheaper and closer to the cruise terminals. However, there are always plenty of third-party lots near airports that specialize in long-term parking at cheap rates and the Miami Airport has a few that are worth perusing.
Airport Parking Reservations will list all the lots and prices available during your stay to help you find the best deals, some of which are as low as $4 per night! Take the free shuttle to the airport and then the $2.25 express airport bus into the city and youll find yourself saving some serious cash with this option.

Hotels include DoubleTree, Comfort Suites, Hampton Inn, and others near the port.
To be sure, if you dont plan to stay in a hotel before your trip already, its not worth it to book a room just to get the parking. But if you already want to stay nearby before your cruise, then a hotel with a parking package can save you money over parking at the port.
For example, a hotel might be $150 a night normally, but charge $180 for the park and cruise package that lets you leave your car for a week. The extra package cost is lower than the price of parking at the Port of Miami, which charges $22 per day.

Took about five minutes after we called standing in the pickup area for your driver to show up. Excellent!!! The wait time to leave your terminal to go to the port was about forty five minutes, but that is understandable making sure to take as many people as possible at once, but I wouldn’t have been patient with a longer wait.

Very bad experience. Website says shuttle service until 4 pm but when I called for a shuttle, she said they only do shuttle service until 2 pm. Thankfully we got there at 1:55 and caught the last shuttle. The lady who answered phone was not helpful and very rude. When we returned and called for shuttle after they finally answered their phone, we waited about 1 1/2 hours. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money and park somewhere else.

The QuickPark facility where I parked my car was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. The female working behind the counter needs additional training in customer service. The drivers did not want to go to the Port of Miami, but were more than willing to go to the Airport. It took 30 minutes for them to coerce a driver into dropping off a group at the Port if Miami. Upon my return to the Port, I called to be picked up and was told that it would be at least an hour before I would be picked up. I waited for 2 hours along with other customers of QuickPark and no one came to pick us up. Upon calling to inquire why it was taking so long the female became angered and began yelling “there are other people ahead of you”. A driver never showed up. I finally took a Cab to the facility and informed the female that no one came and that there were other people still waiting to be picked up. She, in a very sarcastic tone told me I should have taken a Uber when it clearly states on their website they provide rides to the Port of Miami and the Airport. She stated that it was Free, not guaranteed. I asked for a refund or at least payment for my cab and was refused both. I asked for a manager and was told that none existed. This was the worst experience ever. I would never use this company again. At least a refund for the price I paid for the cab is definitely in order.
Premier Parking Miami Cruise Port
Before anything else, please just read this. Do not use their service for your car parking needs. .
The good:
The company charges $8 a day for parking plus a $5 fee for booking online. Cancellation costs the fee and they state you can get credit for future parking. Drivers were efficient and friendly.
The bad:
Around 3-5 vans are running at a time to drop off passengers on their way to the cruises. Around 10 people plus luggage can fit at a time, so there is a 20-45 minute delay in getting to the port.
The really bad:
I waited from 8:00 until 8:45 for a van to pick me up. Never saw any Premier can at anytime go by. Read another review that highlighted a 2.5 hour wait just to get picked up. Paid the $12 for the taxi ride just to get to the lost.
The lot used was in the Overtown area of Miami. It was an old city parking lot the company is using. Lot is fenced, but doesn’t exude safety, especially since it’s obvious the cars are there for 4-7 days at a time.
The ugly:
Once you get to the lot to pick up your car, the employees have no idea where they parked you. They go around with your key and use the alarm function on the car to find it. If they can’t find your car, they walk aimlessly around until you track them down to get your own keys.
The inexcusable:
During the time I waited, one employee was asking if someone had the wrong keys or picked up the wrong number. Essentially, they had lost someone’s keys.
Thank you for the first-hand report.
Thanks rk,

I paid for 7 passengers and I was told that you guys dont allow 7 passengers. To get assistance I was going up and down to have someone to help but I was being directed on different places. I even tried calling you guys and no one came on the phone. Then the wait for the shuttle was horrible. I had to pay for an Uber to get to my destination.
