River Lady Cruises Toms River

A 150-passenger, 85-foot-long authentic reproduction of a paddlewheel river boat takes you for a sail down the Toms River and Barnegat Bay.

She is the only genuine paddlewheel boat in the entire state, and has been the site of family celebrations, friends getting together, marriage proposals, surprise parties and corporate events since 1989, reads the website for River Lady Cruises, which are public and run each week during the summer.

Little Lady Charters Toms River

The Little Lady may be the way to go if you want a more private experience.

Little Lady Charters offers bookings only for daytime and sunset cruises. The boat is 37 feet long and provides a nice amount of space, with comfortable seating for up to six guests. It offers 360-degree views and plenty of cover if the weather changes.

Guests can bring wine or munchies on board, or just sit and soak in the view on a quiet river tour.

The cost is $180 per hour for daytime cruises and $250 for sunset cruises Mondays through Thursdays. Fridays through Sundays, the cost is $250 for daytime and $300 for sunset.

Make Lasting Memories On A River Cruise

Four of us took the River Belle on Friday afternoon. We needed help with one of our family who has difficulty walking. The staff, especially Captain Tony, were exceptionally helpful and went over the top to make sure we got on the boat, and disembarked, successfully. The tour of 90 minutes was smooth, scenic and relaxing. Occasionally the Captain or other staff narrated some interesting facts about the vicinity. Altogether a wonderful and easy experience. Thank you!!!!

We enjoyed Father’s Day Brunch on the River Belle and it was wonderful. The boat is meticulously cared for, the food was delicious , and the ride very enjoyable. The owners is also very pleasant to deal with. We will go again.
