Things To Know For Your Cruise
- Arrive 30 minutes prior to your cruise time and check in at the Blue Ticket Hut just past the sandpit.
- If you need to cancel anyone in your party we must be notified at least 24 hours in advance otherwise you will be charged.
- In case of inclement weather trips can be postponed up to 45 minutes. The Captains will make the call to cancel trip and at that time customers may receive refunds, raincheck, or reschedule to a different cruise time. NO refunds will be issued until Captains make the call.
- No Black sole shoes onboard.but feel free to leave your shoes at the dock!
- Be sure to bring your sunscreen and if you have spray sunscreen please apply it before you board.
