The MMPA prohibits the taking and importation of marine mammals and marine mammal products, where take means to harass, feed, hunt, capture, or kill any marine mammal, or to attempt to do so. “Harass” means to follow the same dolphin pod on multiple trips, rev engines and speed through the dolphins to scare them off so other boats cant see them, block the dolphins direction of travel, and getting closer than 50 yards, spending more than 30 minutes on viewing the same pod and swimming with and feeding dolphin is prohibited.

Me, my girlfriend,my sister and her boyfriend went on the 2 hour dolphin tour and it was amazing! So much fun we seen about 8 dolphins and a couple baby sharks lol I belive our guides name was Matt and he was excellent. He helped us really understand how to ride the skis and was very experienced. This Dolphin Cruise & Tour runs from 1:30-3:30 pm and 4:30-6:30 pm most days. We often add a third trip as well. - Follow one of our experienced guides up the Intracoastal Waterway through North Myrtle Beach out to the ocean on this 30-40 mile jet ski tour.
- Conditions permitting, we will then travel out into the ocean.
- This is the most exciting part of the tour as our guide tries to get you up-close to our favorite marine mammals while respecting their natural habitat and behaviors.
- Mornings are the best time to do the tours, ocean conditions are better and we normally see more dolphin in the morning as well.
- Ocean conditions are different from day to day, they can vary from smooth like a lake one day to extremely rough another. There are times we have to cancel tours due to ocean conditions. Conditions can also change in a matter of minutes. Once the tour has begun if your guide determines its too rough and not safe in the ocean, the tour will continue on the intracoastal waterway.

Tours are narrated by experienced crew members, and guests will get a tour of three distinct coastal areas during their cruise. After receiving training and instructions from Actions experienced staff, guests will hop on their own jet ski and the group will head out on an adventure.
