Dont Go On A Princess Cruise
Dont go on a Princess cruise, if you do you run the risk of being lied to, have money taken from your account more than what they should of taken. Could give you an unacceptable cabin on more than one occasion so you spend 3 mornings packing and unpacking your clothes. This above was just some of the totally unacceptable things that happened to my wife and I back in Aug this year.

Beware cruising with princessI recently went on a princess cruise in August 2022 and had monies owed to me on my cruise account circa £300I have made several phone calls and sent numerous messages but princess customer service have failed yo act to return my money.Thry say they have little staff now. Appears to be a ploy to keep monies duly owed

Appalling Management With A Complete Lack Of Customer Care
In February 2020 my wife and I were departing Los Angeles for a cruise through the Panama canal to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Covid was reported as becoming VERY bad and I asked Princess if we could delay the cruise for a while so that we could assess what was happening with Covid.Princess REFUSED to acknowledge the request initially but eventually they said we MUST travel or we would lose all our prepaid money. Over the next couple of days, it was obvious the pandemic was much worse than the media suggested. We felt very relieved that we had not been bullied by Princess into boarding. We later discovered when the ship arrived off the Florida coast it was forced to remain at sea due to an outbreak of Covid on board. Princess REFUSED to return our money and never even apologised.We were long term customers, with 7 cruises and 76 days at sea all over the world.We shall NEVER cruise with Princess again.

Britains Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company , which by 1960 was the worlds largest shipping company, with 320 oceangoing vessels, acquired Princess Cruise Lines in 1974 and their Spirit of London was transferred to the Princess fleet, becoming the first Sun Princess.
Pacific Princess
The two ships that were to be featured heavily in the television series The Love Boat were built in 1971 at Nordseewerke for Flagship Cruises and originally named the Sea Venture and Island Venture. In 1974, P& O purchased them for their Princess division, and they served as Island Princess and Pacific Princess respectively.
A part-time addition to the Princess fleet was the former Swedish transatlantic liner Kungsholm, purchased by P& O from Flagship Cruises in 1978, and then restyled and rebuilt in Bremen as Sea Princess. She was initially based in Australia as a P& O ship until 1981 when her role there was taken over by Oriana. After that, she alternated between P& O and Princess colours as she moved between fleets. Sea Princess returned to the P& O UK fleet permanently and in 1995 and was renamed MV Victoria to allow a then-new Princess ship to be named Sea Princess.
In 1981, Princess began calling at the cruise lines first private Caribbean destination, Palm Island in the Grenadines.

The New Medallian App Is A Joke
The new medallian app is a joke. it is almost impossible to use. So many different excuses when asked how to navigate it. Food was mediocre. Shows not entertaining and the cabins that we were in were in need of repair. Even though we made sure we had taken care of all charges the day we left the ship, we had charges added later and no one can tell us what they are for. They put us on hold and never come back to the call. I mean, NEVER. Such a shame the way Princess is treating their good customers.

On October 23, 2000, the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company spun-off its passenger division to form an independent company, P& O Princess Cruises. In 2001, Princess Cruises headquarters moved from Century City to Santa Clarita, near the Westfield Valencia Town Center.
With the debut of Golden Princess in North America in 2001, Sky Princess was deployed to Australia for P& O Cruises Australia in 2000 and replace Fair Princess. Appalling Cruise And Service
Its shocking how the standards of Princess Cruises have fallen. It didnt help that we went down with COVID on our cruises and had a lovely diet of cold burgers as only room service menu was available, then later in our isolation had the delight of cold restaurant food, when we got out of isolation the ship was in COVID measures anyway and partly shut down. Along with this and Princess cancelling several ports we were left with a balance on our account payable to us..no replies to mails or calls, like so many others in this forum. Suspect it will take legal action to get any of this money back. Please avoid these crooks, its very hard to gain a good reputation, Princess and by association Carnival are ensuring they get a very bad reputation

Missed 2 Ports Of Call
We were not able to disembark on two anticipated Ports. We had to cancel excursion after excursion. The boat canceled Honduras and Costa Maya. We went to Belize instead. However, it rained all day on us and was a sh*t hole of a place! They also put a huge hole in a large piece of luggage, and still giving us the runaround on it.The crew, most of them were very nice, however.
