Everything was fine until we returned from our cruise and attempted to get back to Instapark from NCL Port B. Upon calling we were told that it would be “more than 45 minutes” until we could be picked up! Since the caller sounded vague about what time that would be, we took a taxi back to Instapark at a cost of $32. If you expect me to consider using your facility again, I would only do so if you would reimburse me for the cost of the taxi!Your consideration would be appreciated.

What are people saying about travel services in Miami, FL?
This is a review for travel services in Miami, FL:
“I parked my car at this location for 12 days. Upon booking, they have multiple hidden fees that are undisclosed when booking. Fees include a “recovery fee” , a “booking fee” and even comically a “fuel surcharge” .When I tried to retrieve my car after 12 days, they forced me to pay for another full day because my plane was delayed by 3 hours. They refused to return my keys until I paid and then my credit card until I signed a document.I had previous positive experiences as this location, I am not sure if they changed owner but they are not operating like a shake down operation.”

They NEVER picked us up from the port of Miami when we returned. We called twice and they told us âbe there on 10 minutes.â We called back and it was going to straight to voicemail. Needless to say, we had to pay to catch a Uber to get back to the parking garage. What pissed me off the most was I was trying to make it to my nephew funeral and didnât because the lack of their poor service! Highly NOT recommended!! Unprofessional!

How To Get To The Cruise Terminal From The Parking Lot
Most hotels and cruise parking lots serving the Port of Miami have their own shuttle service. However, if you have parked at a hotel that does not offer a shuttle transfer, or you are using other parking options, you may need to organize your own private transport to the cruise terminal.
Taxis are widely available from all over Miami, but they can be expensive. Taxi fares from the Port of Miami to Bay Harbor Islands, for example, can cost around $100 in slow traffic conditions.
Express Shuttle could be a better solution. For one fixed price they offer share-ride services between the port, hotels and Miami Airport .
If you are part of a larger group and need transport to your cruise parking, using a private shuttle van could work out cheaper and faster than paying a per-head fee for a shuttle bus.
You can even book your own private shuttle van service to provide a shore-side Meet and Greet service. Call for a personal quote for this private transfer option to and from your cruise parking in Miami.

When I was sure that my day was going to suck all around, I arrived at Miami Quick Park, and Joel took my luggage for me and cracked a joke. From that point on, the rest of my day kept getting better. The facility was great quality and the free shuttle service was great. All of the service was efficient!

The QuickPark facility where I parked my car was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. The female working behind the counter needs additional training in customer service. The drivers did not want to go to the Port of Miami, but were more than willing to go to the Airport. It took 30 minutes for them to coerce a driver into dropping off a group at the Port if Miami. Upon my return to the Port, I called to be picked up and was told that it would be at least an hour before I would be picked up. I waited for 2 hours along with other customers of QuickPark and no one came to pick us up. Upon calling to inquire why it was taking so long the female became angered and began yelling “there are other people ahead of you”. A driver never showed up. I finally took a Cab to the facility and informed the female that no one came and that there were other people still waiting to be picked up. She, in a very sarcastic tone told me I should have taken a Uber when it clearly states on their website they provide rides to the Port of Miami and the Airport. She stated that it was Free, not guaranteed. I asked for a refund or at least payment for my cab and was refused both. I asked for a manager and was told that none existed. This was the worst experience ever. I would never use this company again. At least a refund for the price I paid for the cab is definitely in order.
Miami Hotels With Cruise Parking

If you are staying in the Miami area in a hotel, then you may be able to save on your parking. Many hotels cater to cruisers with special daily parking rates or parking packages, which allow you to leave your car while you sail.
Hotels include DoubleTree, Comfort Suites, Hampton Inn, and others near the port.
To be sure, if you dont plan to stay in a hotel before your trip already, its not worth it to book a room just to get the parking. But if you already want to stay nearby before your cruise, then a hotel with a parking package can save you money over parking at the port.
For example, a hotel might be $150 a night normally, but charge $180 for the park and cruise package that lets you leave your car for a week. The extra package cost is lower than the price of parking at the Port of Miami, which charges $22 per day.

There is order but no order to the madness. You pay online, you fill out your info online, you receive an electronic barcode. You get to the parking lot, they ask the same information you already provided online before your purchase, have you park your car in a one way in one way out parking lot which is pretty difficult and when you make it back from your trip, are told there will be no hour and 15 minutes delay to pick you up because of traffic on a Friday at 11am.
Official Port Of Miami Parking Lots
While it is the priciest option, we recommend that cruise passengers simply park at the official port lots. Not only is it the most convenient with the ability to park right at the ship, but it is also the most reliable option weve found. There is a garage located right near each cruise terminal.
For the convenience of parking here, be prepared to pay the price. Overnight parking for most terminals is $22 per night. Parking at Royal Caribbeans Terminal A is $25 per night for sailings of six days or more. The rate is $28 per day for cruises of five days or less.
Parking is available for oversized vehicles, but will cost extra. Credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover, as well as cash and travelers checks are accepted. However, debit cards are not.
Parking comes in both covered and uncovered lots. The good news is that there are several options for where to park, so you can always find a lot thats near your cruise ship. Simply follow the signs to your ship as you arrive at the port and youll find the parking lot or garage nearby.
Heres a map with each lot and garage labeled:

Very bad experience. Website says shuttle service until 4 pm but when I called for a shuttle, she said they only do shuttle service until 2 pm. Thankfully we got there at 1:55 and caught the last shuttle. The lady who answered phone was not helpful and very rude. When we returned and called for shuttle after they finally answered their phone, we waited about 1 1/2 hours. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money and park somewhere else.

Very unorganized. We arrived on Friday morning to park 3 guys there only one supposedly represented instapark so we had to wait for the other guy to figure out what was going on.Coming back called at 9:30 am was told to call back in about 30 mins when we were completely out the terminal. Called back no answer several times. Finally got somebody, was told wait would be 30 mins. We waited an hour. Shuttle comes passed us up. I call back to be told it would be another 30 mins which equates to an hr basically. Said forget it and caught a cab for $30 bucks. I requested a refund. We will see. Will never use this service again.
